The Barrett-Jackson car show, hosted every January in Scottsdale, Arizona, is a one-of-a-kind display of creativity and innovation. For Team EWC, having a presence at this iconic event was a spectacular opportunity to share our passion for custom craftsmanship and meet with others who appreciate exceptional style.

Many of the car collectors we met are also wine collectors, and they understand the value of preserving their investments with care and elegance. Our founder and chief creative force, David James, has always been drawn to the art of fine design. Long before he began crafting stunning custom wine storage solutions, his skills were sharpened in the world of European kart racing. As a mechanic, he took apart engines, rebuilt them, and learned the intricate details that make these high-performance machines run. This hands-on experience shaped his approach as a builder and artisan, instilling a deep respect for precision and the pursuit of excellence — values that now define every project we bring to life at EWC.
At Barrett-Jackson, we had the privilege of setting up a booth among some of the most remarkable cars in the world. It was incredible to connect with both local Arizonans and attendees from across the world and engage in meaningful conversations about the intersection of fine wine, luxury aesthetics, and the love of beautiful automobiles.
